  • What are my payment options?
    All payments on this site are made through either manual payment or Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can still pay for your items using your credit card as a guest. Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Delivery within Malaysia will take 3 – 10 Business days and international delivery will take 5 – 15 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
  • How can I track my order?
    We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.
  • What are the shipping rates?
    We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. Right now, we charge a flat rate of RM10 (West Malaysia) / RM20 (East Malaysia) / RM30 (Singapore) / RM120 (Australia). Please feel free to email us if there is anything we can further assist you with.
  • Which shipping carries do you use?
    We use DHL.
  • Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
    Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
  • How can I change my order after it's been placed?
    We recommend emailing us immediately at hello@love2u.com.my or live chat upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
  • Can I cancel my order? What is your return and exchange policy?
    We are sorry that you wish to cancel your order however, we cannot cancel and refund a shipment once the order has been completed and shipped. Please do reach out to us through email or live chat for further assistance.
